Palestinian flag flies outside UN

The Palestinian flag flies for the first time on the premises of the United Nations in New York, United States 30 September 2015. Palestine has only observer status and is not a member of the UN international community. Accordingly, the flag flies away from the flags of the 193 UN member states.
